Ladies and gentlemen who are contracted for the Bismayah City Residential Complex project for both systems (Authority Contracts and Bank Contracts).

Authority contracts :
Article (5) of the contract between the citizen and the Authority (filing a lawsuit to evict the residential unit from its occupants and offering it for public auction) will be applied after the expiration of the deadline specified below.

Bank contracts :
Article (4) of the contract concluded with the citizen and the Authority will be applied (a financial penalty of 10,000 dinars (ten thousand dinars) for each day of delay after the expiration of the deadline specified below.

The last date for paying installments and bringing the clearance shall be 31/12/2024, otherwise the paragraphs stipulated in the above will be applied after the mentioned date.
