NIC Chairman, Dr. Sami Al- Araji received in his office the Baroness Emma Nicolson on the 22th of Sept. 2011 with the attendance of the NIC Vice Chairman and a number of DGs and discussed means of joint cooperation between the National Investment Commission and the Iraqi- British Business Council.
