bankruptcy and/or restructuring
system?
Under Iraqi law, an Iraqi debtor may file for
bankruptcy, and an Iraqi creditor may file
for liquidation of that debt. In addition, the
Iraqi Companies Law regulates the process
for liquidation of legal entities.
