1. Greater exemptions from taxes and fee: ﻣﻦ9 ﻓﺎﻟﻤﺎدة: ﺗﻌﺰﯾﺰ اﻻﻋﻔﺎءات ﻣﻦ اﻟﻀﺮاﺋﺐ واﻟﺮﺳﻮم.1
Article 9 of the amendment cancels the ( ﻣﻦ15) اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻗﺪ اﻟﻐﺖ ﻧﺺ اﻟﺒﻨﺪ )اوﻻ( ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺎده
First Item of Article 15 of the Law and
replaces it with the following: :اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﻟﯿﺤﻞ ﻣﺤﻠﮫ اﻻﺗﻲ
A. “Projects that have obtained an “اوﻻ ﯾﺘﻤﺘﻊ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع اﻟﺤﺎﺻﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﺟﺎزة.أ
investment license from the اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻣﻦ اﻟﮭﯿﺌﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻦ اﻟﻀﺮاﺋﺐ
Commission are exempt from ( ﻋﺸﺮ ﺳﻨﻮات ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺑﺪء10) واﻟﺮﺳﻮم ﻟﻤﺪة
taxes and fees for a period of 10 اﻟﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﻟﺘﺠﺎري ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ إﻧﺸﺎء
years from the date on which اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع وﻻ ﯾﺸﻤﻞ اﻻﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﻜﻤﺮﻛﯿﺔ
commercial operations commence, ﻣﻊ ﻣﺮاﻋﺎة اﻟﺒﻨﺪﯾﻦ ) اوﻻ و ﺛﺎﻧﯿﺎً ( ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺎدة
and for each stage of construction

projects from screening and real رﺳﻮم اﻻﻓﺮاز ورﺳﻮم اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﻟﻌﻘﺎري
estate registration fees, including وﺑﻀﻤﻨﮭﺎ رﺳﻮم اﻧﺘﻘﺎل اﻟﻮﺣﺪات اﻟﺴﻜﻨﯿﺔ
fees for the conveyance of housing
