The addition of these concepts is significant

such as housing, where it is not possible for اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ وﺑﺤﺴﺐ ﻧﻮع وﻣﻜﺎن اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع
one developer or investor alone to carry out ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺼﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ5 وذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﻧﺺ اﻟﻤﺎدة
operations but requires assigning parts of the ﺳﺎدﺳﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﻋﻠﻰ ان ﺗﺤﻞ اﻟﻤﺎدة/9 ﺣﺬف ﻧﺺ اﻟﻤﺎدة

) ﺗﺴﮭﯿﻞ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ ﻻﻗﺎﻣﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ
Second: Establishing new criteria regarding ﺑﺎﻟﺸﻜﻞ اﻟﺬي ﺗﺤﺪده اﻟﮭﯿﺌﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻨﺴﯿﻖ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺠﮭﺎت ذات اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ
allowance for the purpose of obtaining the
land and property necessary on which to :وﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ
build investment projects—according to the
type and location of the project—through ﺑﺒﺪل ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﻟﺴﻜﻨﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﻊ ﺿﻤﻦ اﻟﺘﺼﻤﯿﻢ.1
Article 5 of the amendment, which provides .اﻻﺳﺎس
for deleting the text of Article 9/Six of the
above Law, to be replaced with the
following article:
“Facilitate obtaining the necessary property
to build projects in the manner specified by
the NIC in coordination with the agencies
concerned, as follows:
1. With allowances for housing projects
that fall within the basic schematic
design.
