and between other laws that might contain
regulations that openly or implicitly “ﺗﺴﺘﺜﻨﻰ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺨﺼﺺ ﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرﯾﺔ
contradict the procedures followed to :”ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ اﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻘﻮاﻧﯿﻦ واﻟﻘﺮارات اﻻﺗﯿﺔ
allocate land under the Law. As a result, this
has removed a significant burden that made (21) أ ـ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﺑﯿﻊ وإﯾﺠﺎر أﻣﻮال اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ رﻗﻢ
