becoming owners of land under the Law,                                            :‫ﺧﺎﻣﺴﺎ اﻟﺠﺪﯾﺪة ﻋﻠﻰ ان‬/10
and between other laws that might contain
regulations that openly or implicitly                ‫“ﺗﺴﺘﺜﻨﻰ اﻟﻌﻘﺎرات اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺨﺼﺺ ﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرﯾﺔ‬
contradict the procedures followed to                              :”‫ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ اﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻘﻮاﻧﯿﻦ واﻟﻘﺮارات اﻻﺗﯿﺔ‬
allocate land under the Law. As a result, this
has removed a significant burden that made           (21) ‫أ ـ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﺑﯿﻊ وإﯾﺠﺎر أﻣﻮال اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ رﻗﻢ‬
