investment projects from its provisions. ﺣﯿﺚ ﺗﻌﻔﻰ ﻣﺸﺎرﯾﻊ،اﻹﺻﻼح اﻟﺰراﻋﻲ
• The Baghdad Municipality Law, .اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﻀﻮع ﻷﺣﻜﺎﻣﮫ
whereby the Mayoralty of Baghdad has
established certain guidelines and ﺣﯿﺚ وﺿﻌﺖ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ،ﻗﺎﻧﻮن أﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﻐﺪاد •
conditions for obtaining a building ﺗﻮﺟﯿﮭﺎت وﺷﺮوطﺎً ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ رﺧﺼﺔ •
permit. If the project land is located ﻓﺈذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ أرض اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻛﺎﺋﻨﺔ.اﻟﺒﻨﺎء
