• The Baghdad Municipality Law, .‫اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﻀﻮع ﻷﺣﻜﺎﻣﮫ‬
whereby the Mayoralty of Baghdad has
established certain guidelines and ‫ ﺣﯿﺚ وﺿﻌﺖ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ‬،‫ﻗﺎﻧﻮن أﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﻐﺪاد‬ •
conditions for obtaining a building ‫ﺗﻮﺟﯿﮭﺎت وﺷﺮوطﺎً ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ رﺧﺼﺔ‬ •
permit. If the project land is located ‫ ﻓﺈذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ أرض اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻛﺎﺋﻨﺔ‬.‫اﻟﺒﻨﺎء‬
within Mayoralty limits, the province ‫داﺧﻞ ﺣﺪود أﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﻐﺪاد ﻻﺑﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل‬
and the entity owning the land should ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ واﻟﺠﮭﺔ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻜﺔ‬

beyond the Mayoralty, the Directorate ‫اﻷرض ﻛﺎﺋﻨﺔ ﺧﺎرج ﺣﺪود ﺑﻐﺪاد ﻓﺈن داﺋﺮة‬
of Urban Housing under the Ministry ‫اﻹﺳﻜﺎن ﺑﻮزارة اﻹﻋﻤﺎر واﻹﺳﻜﺎن واﻟﺠﮭﺔ‬
of Construction and Housing and the ‫اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻜﺔ ﻟﻸرض ھﻤﺎ اﻟﻠﺘﺎن ﺗﻮاﻓﻘﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ‬
entity owning the land should approve ‫ وﺗﺘﻮﻟﻰ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﻟﻌﻘﺎري‬.‫اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع‬

Registration Administration issues the
