2. Leasing Land                                                           ‫ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﺜﻤﺮ إﺳﺘﺌﺠﺎر اﻷراﺿﻲ‬              •
                                                                          ‫واﻟﻌﻘﺎرات ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ أو اﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﯿﻦ اﻟﺨﺎص‬
    • To establish an investment project, the                             ‫أو اﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻂ ﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺸﺎرﯾﻊ إﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ‬
         investor may lease land and real estate                          ‫ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﺔ‬،ً‫( ﻋﺎﻣﺎ‬50) ‫ﻟﻤﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﯾﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﻤﺴﯿﻦ‬
         from the government, private owners                              ‫ﻟﻠﺘﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﻌﺪ دراﺳﺔ طﺒﯿﻌﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع وﺟﺪواه‬
         or mixed sectors for a term of not more
         than 50 years, which term is renewable                                                         .‫اﻹﻗﺘﺼﺎدﯾﺔ‬
         after consideration of the nature of the
         project and its economic viability.19                            ‫ﺗﺆ ّﺟﺮ اﻟﮭﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻮطﻨﯿﺔ ﻟﻺﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر اﻷراﺿﻲ‬     •

         commence. Leasing rates of return for                            ‫ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﻟﺰراﻋﯿﺔ اﻹﺳﺘﺮاﺗﯿﺠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ‬o
         sectors are calculated as follows:                               ‫ﺗﺆدي إﻟﻰ زﯾﺎدة وﺗﺤﺴﯿﻦ اﻹﻧﺘﺎج‬

         o Strategic agricultural projects                                         :‫اﻟﺤﯿﻮاﻧﻲ واﻟﺰراﻋﻲ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ‬
             leading to increased and improved
             animal and plant production, as                              ‫ اﻷراﺿﻲ اﻟﺰراﻋﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺼﻠﺤﺔ‬:‫أوﻻ‬

              i. Reclaimed agricultural land
