period, the license issuing commission
can retain the right to revoke the
project license starting from the date of
the violation, while retaining the right
of others to demand compensation for
the damage caused by the violation,
without prejudice to any other penalty.
 In addition to the above, the license
issuing commission shall withdraw the
investor’s license if the investor
provided incorrect or misleading
information, or used unlawful methods
that resulted in obtaining any privileges
or benefits in accordance with the
provisions of the National Investment
Law.

‫ مع إحتفاظ الغير بحقه‬،‫تاريخ تحقق المخالفة‬
‫في المطالبة بالتعويض تجاه المستثمر عن‬
‫الضرر الذي سببه له من جراء المخالفة‬
.‫دون الإخلال بأي عقوبات أخرى‬
‫ فإن للهيئة المانحة للإجازة‬،‫يضاف لما تقدم‬ 
‫سحب إجازة الإستثمار إذا أدلى المستثمر‬
‫بمعلومات غير صحيحة أو مضللة أو‬
‫إستخدم أساليب غير مشروعة يترتب عليها‬
‫الحصول على أي إمتياز أو منفعة وفق‬
