‫وزاراﺗﮭﺎ أو ھﯿﺌﺎﺗﮭﺎ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﻠﺔ‬

“Competent Government

Authorities” means any official

authority or entity of the

Government of Iraq, including its

ministries, independent government

commissions, diplomatic or consular

bodies, and any individual person or

entity carrying out executive,

organizational or administrative

responsibilities on behalf of the

above-mentioned commissions or

entities.

“Confidential Information” has
the meaning ascribed in Section 28.

“Contract” means this Investment

Contract including its annexes,

exhibits, schedules and

amendments.

“Creditors” means banks, other
financial institutions and bond-
holders (including guarantors,
sponsors, or shareholders of Second
