“Investment Period” means a "ﻣﺪة اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر" ﯾﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﮭﺎ ﻓﺘﺮة ﻋﺪد اﻟﺴﻨﻮات
period of NUMBER OF YEARS إﻋﺘﺒﺎراً ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﯿﺬ وﺑﻀﻤﻨﮭﺎ اي ﺗﻤﺪﯾﺪ
from and including the Execution
Date, as may be extended pursuant .14 ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ اﻟﻘﺴﻢ

"اﻟﺨﺴﺎﺋﺮ" ﺗﻌﻨﻲ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﯿﻒ اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻠﮭﺎ

“Notice of Breach” shall have the
meaning ascribed in Section "إﺷﻌﺎر اﻹﻧﮭﺎء ﺑﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﻘﻮة اﻟﻘﺎھﺮة" ﯾﻜﻮن
22(5)(b)(i). .19(7) ﻟﮫ اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻰ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﺴﻢ
“Notice of Confirmation” shall
have the meaning ascribed in

“Notice of Objection” shall have

“Notice of Termination” shall have
the meaning ascribed in Section

“Notice of Termination Due to
Force Majeure” shall have the
meaning ascribed in Section 19(7).
