Party’s ability to meet its

obligations in a normal manner

under this Contract, in which

case, such obligation is subject

to the discretions of the relevant

court to rebalance the rights and

obligations under the Contract.

“Investment Law” means Law No. 13 ‫"ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر" ﯾﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﮫ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن رﻗﻢ‬
13 of 2006, as amended, and any ‫ وأي ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﻧﺎﻓﺬ ﯾﺤ ّﻞ‬،‫ اﻟﻤﻌ ّﺪل‬2006 ‫ﻟﺴﻨﺔ‬
Applicable Law that replaces it, and .‫ واﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﺎت اﻟﺼﺎدرة ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺒﮫ‬،‫ﻣﺤﻠﮫ‬
regulations and instructions issued
in accordance with it.
