shall include any amendment, ‫ وﺣﯿﺜﻤﺎ وردت ﻓﻲ‬،‫أو ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ أو ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ‬

clarification, change or

alteration, wherever mentioned

in this Contract, and

g. If there is any contradiction ‫إذا ﻣﺎ ﺗﻌﺎرض أي ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ أﺣﻜﺎم ھﺬا‬ .‫ز‬
between the provisions of this ‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻊ أي ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺼﻮص ﻏﯿﺮ‬
Contract and any non-binding ‫اﻵﻣﺮة ﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر أو أي ﻗﺎﻧﻮن‬
