Section 6. Obligation of the Second

Section 7. Permits and Licenses ‫اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ وإﺗﺨﺎذ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻹﺟﺮاءات اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ‬
‫ﺿﻤﻦ ﺟﺪول زﻣﻨﻲ ﯾﺘﻢ اﻹﺗﻔﺎق ﻋﻠﯿﮫ ﻣﻊ‬
1. The First Party, through the One- ‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﺣﺼﻮﻟﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ‬
Stop Shop, shall coordinate with the ‫اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺎت اﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻟﺘﻤﻜﯿﻦ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ‬
relevant Competent Government
Authorities and take all necessary .‫ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع وﻓﻘﺎً ﻟﺸﺮوط ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬

enable the Second Party to carry out ‫اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن إﺻﺪار أﯾﺔ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺎت أﺧﺮى‬
the Project are in accordance with ‫ أو اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﻄﻠﺒﮭﺎ اﻟﻄﺮف‬،‫ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺸﺮوع‬

Section 8. Obligations of the Second
Party as to Environment

1. The Second Party shall use best
efforts to adhere to Common
International Practices to protect the
environment on the Project Land, to
the extent that such practices are not
lower than Iraqi standards.
