After careful study and review of the
amendments on rights of investors or those
issues regarding their activities, it is clear
that these amendments go in two directions:
first, the addition of new concepts in the
amendments to the National Investment
Law, and second, the amendments of many
existing provisions, along with removal of
existing ambiguities. We will attempt to
clarify the above in the following points

references below is not an official legal

First: Addition as to the concepts of
“developer” and “secondary developer” to

the National Investment Law, since these

concepts were not previously articulated.
