Applicable Law, the court or the ،‫ﺿﺪ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻓﻰ ﺣﻘﮫ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻠﺠﻮء اﻟﻰ اﻟﺘﺤﻜﯿﻢ‬

Section 29. Judicial Immunity Waiver

The First Party agrees that it will not
invoke its judicial immunity against the
Second Party in pursuing its right to seek
arbitration and shall waive any motion or
objection relating to such immunity. The
First Party agrees to the jurisdiction of the
arbitration board provided in Section 26 of
this Contract in case any Dispute arose
regarding the interpretation or execution of
this Contract, as well as any decisions
issued by the arbitration board regarding
this Contract.

Section 30. Schedules and Annexes to this ‫ ﺟﺪاول وﻣﻼﺣﻖ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬.30 ‫اﻟﻘﺴﻢ‬
