3. Arbitration Procedures: ‫اﻟﻤﺤﻜﻢ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﺤﻜﻤﯿﻦ‬

a. Any Dispute that may arise
from this Contract, its
interpretation or execution
shall be referred to and
resolved in a final manner to
arbitration, which takes place
in PLACE and shall be
conducted in accordance with
the rules of RULES agreed by
both parties.

b. Three (3) arbitrators shall
conduct arbitration, with each
Party appointing one (1)
