Section 27. Complete Agreement ‫ الإتفاق الكلي‬.27 ‫القسم‬

The terms and provisions set forth in this ‫الشروط والأحكام التي يتضمنها هذا العقد تش ّكل كامل‬
Contract constitute the full agreement .‫الإتفاق المبرم ما بين الطرفين حول المسائل التي يتناولها‬
between the two Parties relating to the ‫وتلغى جميع المراسلات والتصريحات والإتفاقات السابقة‬
subject matter hereof. All previous ‫ الشفوية منها‬،‫بين الطرفين بخصوص موضوع هذا العقد‬
correspondence, statements and agreements ‫ ولا يعتد بأي تعديل لهذا العقد ما لم يتم ذلك‬.‫أو الكتابية‬
between the Parties concerning the Project,
verbal or written, shall be annulled. Any .‫كتابياً ويوقع رسمياً من قبل الطرفين‬
amendment to this Contract shall be invalid
unless it is in writing and officially signed
by the two Parties.

Section 28. Confidentiality and ‫ السرية والعلنية‬.28 ‫القسم‬
Disclosure

activities and operation statistics, ‫("المعلومات السرية") المملوكة لأي من‬
‫الطرفين أو التي يحصل عليها طرف من‬
trade secrets, technical data and
other information of a secret nature :‫ بإستثناء أي معلومات تكون‬،‫الطرف الآخر‬
(“Confidential Information”) owned

by either Party or that neither Party
would obtain it from the other Party
except any information that:

a. Is or becomes publicly ‫متوفرة أو تصبح متوفرة للعامة في‬ .‫أ‬
