4. Upon submitting a reasonable
request by a disclosing Party at the
time of termination of this Contract,
all Confidential Information
submitted in accordance with this
Contract or concerning such Party
shall be destroyed, with the
exception of the Confidential
Information that may be in the
collected information, studies or
other documents prepared by the
receiving Party, its agents,
representatives or associates, or be
returned to the Person from whom it
was received by a written request,
along with an appropriate assurance
that all copies have been destroyed.

5. While taking account of any
Applicable Laws, neither Party may
announce, disclose or inform the
public in any other way of any
information regarding this Contract,
transactions or arrangements
included, without prejudicing the
public nature of the aforementioned
