Acknowledgements
The First Party acknowledges and agrees :يقر الطرف الأول ويوافق لصالح الطرف الثاني بما يلي
for the benefit of the Second Party that:
1. The Second Party shall be entitled to يحق للطرف الثاني ممارسة كافة حقوقه .1
exercise all of its rights under this .بموجب هذا العقد

2. The Second Party has the right to يحق للطرف الثاني تحويل رأس المال .2
freely transfer investment capital إضافةً الى،المستثمر بحرية خارج العراق
outside of Iraq, along with debts, الديون والعوائد والمبالغ واجبة الدفع بالعملة
revenues, and amounts payable, in وله الحق في استعمال تلك المبالغ،الأجنبية
foreign currency, as well as the right كمساهمات في رأس مال أية شركة أخرى
to freely apply such amounts as
