The First Party and the Second Party ‫ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ إﺷﻌﺎر اﻹﻧﮭﺎء ﺑﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﻘﻮة اﻟﻘﺎھﺮة( إﻣﺎ‬
should also agree to settle their ‫اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ذﻟﻚ اﻹﺷﻌﺎر أو رﻓﻀﮫ‬
obligations, including any change in
the special Schedule relating to the :‫ﯾﻜﻮن وﻓﻘﺎً ﻟﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ‬
execution of the Project’s tasks.

to the following:

a. If the First Party accepted the
content of that notification,
this Contract shall terminate to
the extent set forth in that
notification as of the date of
the Notice of Termination Due
to Force Majeure. In that case,
the Competent Government
Authorities shall not be
obligated to pay any
compensation to the Second
Party to the extent that the
Force Majeure was the only
reason for the termination.
