Second Party sees appropriate ً‫ﯾﻘﻮم اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺧﻼل )ﻋﺪد اﻷﯾﺎم( ﯾﻮﻣﺎ‬
for removing the consequences
of the Change in Law or
blocking or alleviating such
consequences.
3. The First Party shall, within DAYS
days after the date of receipt of the
Notice of Confirmation, notify the
Second Party in writing of its
acceptance or rejection of the Notice
of Confirmation. Lack of response
by the First Party during that period
shall be considered an implied
acceptance with the Notice of
Confirmation.
4. If the First Party rejected the Notice
of Confirmation, the Parties may
negotiate in good faith to determine
the applicability, nature and effect
of the Change in Law. If the Parties
were unable to agree within DAYS
days after the date of the rejection
confirmation or did not exercise the
right to negotiate, the Second Party
may refer the Dispute to be resolved
in accordance of the provisions of
Section 26.
5. The Parties shall use reasonable
effort to agree to the additional
periods within DAYS days
referenced in clause (4) above. If an
agreement is not reached, the issue
in question shall be considered a
Dispute to be dealt with in
accordance with Section 26.
6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a
Change in Law took place after the
Execution Date and before the
Effective Date of this Contract, the
Second Party shall inform the First
Party in writing of the Change in
Law within PERIOD after the date

‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺧﻼل ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺪة ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﺿﻤﻨﯿﺔ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ رﻓﺾ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻹﺷﻌﺎر اﻟﺘﺎﻛﯿﺪ‬
‫ﯾﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ أن ﯾﺘﻔﺎوﺿﺎ ﺑﺤﺴﻦ ﻧﯿﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ‬
‫ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺔ ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻖ و طﺒﯿﻌﺔ و أﺛﺮ اﻟﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ ﻓﺈذا ﻟﻢ ﯾﺘﻤﻜﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﻣﻦ اﻟﻮﺻﻮل‬.‫اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن‬

‫ﯾﺒﺬل اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺟﮭﺪاً ﻣﻌﻘﻮﻻً ﻟﻺﺗﻔﺎق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺪد‬
‫اﻹﺿﺎﻓﯿﺔ ﺧﻼل )ﻋﺪد اﻷﯾﺎم( ﯾﻮﻣﺎً ﻣﻦ إﻧﺘﮭﺎء‬
‫ﻣﺪة )ﻋﺪد اﻷﯾﺎم( ﯾﻮﻣﺎً اﻟﻤﺸﺎر إﻟﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﺴﻢ‬
‫ ﻓﺈذا ﻟﻢ ﯾﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻞ إﻟﻰ ذﻟﻚ‬.(‫)رﻗﻢ اﻟﻘﺴﻢ‬

‫ ﯾُﻌﻠﻢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬،‫وﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﺴﺮﯾﺎن‬
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻛﺘﺎﺑﯿﺎً ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﺧﻼل‬
